Courtney Kiser

Hi my name is Courtney Kiser co-owner of Friendship Formulas! I am originally from the great state of Ohio where I studied at the University of Akron majoring in child development. I have worked with children of all ages in early education for over 12 years which brought me into the wonderful world of Applied Behavior Analysis. I worked in ABA for over five years where I provided services for children focusing on emotional regulation, play skills, communication, building relationships, and sensory integration. I facilitated social skills groups for young children for three years at a clinic located in Tucker, GA and truly enjoyed watching each child use the tools that I taught in their everyday lives. My passion has always been in early intervention which brought me to my current position serving as the Inclusion Coordinator at the Frazer Center. This role has allowed me to bring my passion for behavior, children, and social emotional development to the classroom! We launched a social skills group program at the Frazer Center in December 2019 and the children who currently attend truly enjoy our interactive sessions! I look forward to meeting and getting to know your family!

shera looney

Hi my name is Shera Looney, Co-owner of Friendship Formulas! I grew up in Washington State, and I am a graduate of Auburn University! War Eagle! I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, all backgrounds, and abilities. My experience includes working in schools, teacher training, and facilitating small and large groups. I have taught life skills training, job coaching, parent training, teacher training, social skills, emotional regulation, and cooperative play. My background is in Applied Behavior Analysis, providing services in homes and in clinics for children with Autism and other special needs.

Coaching basketball is also a passion of mine, which I have been doing for over 10 years! I coach girls and boys of all ages, and I love it!

Social Skills are one of the most important skills that children and adolescents develop. Some kids pick up social ques naturally, but for others it can be challenging. Friendship Formulas provides an inclusive socially interactive environment where kids will become more communicative, build confidence, and build friendships while having fun!
